Well, my wishing for fall did not work. It is really hard to think about cooler weather when it is still 105 here in Austin! The summer is still going strong so what's a girl to do, make popsicles of course. I make popsicles all the time for my kids so I figured why not make a few for the grown ups too. We had some fabulous watermelon mojito pops last night at The Knot Austin party so those are on my list to make first but I can't wait to try all of these.
